Automatic Writing

Written or typed scripts produced without the control of the conscious self. It is the most common form of mediumship, the source of innumerable cases of self-delusion, and at the same time one of the highest and most valuable spiritual gifts.

When did you start automatic writing?

I started automatic Writing after I read about it in a book.

What was your initial experience?

My first experience was very interesting, after following the relaxation exercises I sat down with my pen and paper and almost immediately I started to write, this does not usually happen with me now, sometimes I have to wait a little while before anything comes through.

What kind of messages come though?

I have a particular guide who speaks to me though automatic writing, his name is Paul and he writes messages particularly for my family and close friends. Sometimes the channelled message is about world events or random events both past and present, the spirit who tells me these things do not always say their name.

How would you suggest to someone who wants to try Automatic Writing for the first time how they start?

I would suggest that you sit comfortably, un plug the telephone and try to pick a time when you can relax and preferably not be disturbed. Sit in a quiet room and ground your self first, then take up the pen and paper. Ask to be protected by your spirit guides and for goodness and light to come through. Sit with a relaxed hand and wait for the writing to start. when the writing finishes, please thank the spirit and wish love and light into the universe.

Any tips or techniques if no writing comes though?

Yes don't try to force anything, the writing will happen when its good and ready, the best tip is to relax, meditate before hand.
